Description

I’m so sad to be writing this, but I’m looking for someone to take over my room because I’m finishing university and changing jobs, so the location sadly isn’t practical for me anymore. If it weren’t for that, I genuinely wouldn’t be leaving. I’ve absolutely loved living here.

📍Location – Fulham (near Wandsworth Bridge Road)

The flat is in an amazing spot with great transport links:
- 10–15 minutes to Fulham Broadway & Parsons Green stations
- Walking distance to Imperial Wharf Overground
- Loads of buses on Wandsworth Bridge Road connecting you to Putney, Battersea, Clapham, etc.

The neighbourhood is honestly one of my favourite things about living here. It’s lively without being overwhelming, with loads of lovely coffee shops, restaurants, wine bars and pubs. Everything you need is within walking distance:
- Sainsbury’s Local literally on the corner (open until 11pm every day)
- Large Sainsbury’s about an 8-minute walk away
- Aldi, M&S and another large Sainsbury’s at Fulham Broadway
- Waitrose and Co-op near Parsons Green

🏡 The room & flat
The bedroom overlooks the garden, so it’s really peaceful. Even in the summer I sleep with the window open and it’s wonderfully quiet.

The room is on the lower ground floor, which means it stays naturally cool during hot weather (I’ve genuinely never needed a fan), but because it’s garden level it still gets loads of natural light.

It has an entire wall of built in wardrobes! The room comes furnished and the new tenant can decide to keep the chest of drawers or swap it out with a cute desk.

The flat also has a lovely garden, perfect for having breakfast outside, reading in the sun, or hosting the occasional BBQ with friends.

👯‍♀️ The flatmate
You’ll be living with the loveliest person. She’s genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve met, super easy-going, respectful, and a total girls’ girl. She works in the art world and is the kind of flatmate everyone hopes to find.

💰 Rent
- £1,200 per month
- Bills (excluding council tax): approximately £50/month
- Responsive and genuinely lovely landlord
I’m really hoping to find someone who will love this home as much as I have. It’s been such a happy place to live, and I’m honestly heartbroken to leave it.

Feel free to message me if you’d like more information, photos, or to arrange a viewing!
