Hi everyone! My friend and I are two 23 year old girls starting our Master's at Imperial this September, and we're looking for a third housemate to join us from 10 September. We have a large double room available, ideally located for London uni students.

📍Location: The house is in a really convenient, safe area - just off Lillie Road, with a 20 minute direct bus to Imperial South Kensington. It's also well connected to KCL, UCL and central London, with plenty of cafés, supermarkets, gyms and parks nearby.

The room is a spacious, furnished double room on the ground floor with:

• All bills included (Wi-Fi, utilities, etc.)
• Private WC (your own toilet!)
• Shared shower with us upstairs
• Large full-length opening window with Juliet-style balcony railing
• Radiator & heating
• Wardrobe and built-in storage

The house is a lovely 3-bed maisonette with
• A private secure courtyard
• Designated bike storage
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Washing machine

Please note there is no lounge or shared living room.

Rent: £1,300 per month, all bills included
