My flatmate, my dog and I are looking for someone lovely to join us in our newly renovated flat in Fulham.

I’m still sorting the finishing touches (including getting the telly on the wall, buying dining chairs, sorting the garden, etc lol), but we’re excited to finally have a really cosy, beautiful home.

Rio and I have lived together for 3.5 years, and we’re really close. So we’re looking for someone who will fit in well with us and who’s clean and considerate and will treat the flat like it’s their own.

Room:

* Bright double with a fitted wardrobe
* Your own bathroom
* Fully furnished with dresser and desk
* Available from Saturday 15 August
* Rent is £1150 pcm, plus refundable deposit of £1150
* Around £250 a month for bills, including a weekly cleaner, NOW Sports, Netflix, council tax, water rates, Wi-Fi, TV license, and gas & electricity

The flat:

* Garden
* 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms
* Huge living room and kitchen
* Ground floor flat
* Dishwasher and dryer
* Separate guest bathroom/utility room
* On-street parking permit can be purchased from the council

The area:

* Close to the river
* 10 minute walk to Bishop’s Park
* 15 minute walk (or 5 minute bus) to Hammersmith station
* Near loads of nice pubs and restaurants

The flatmates:

* We are 2 professional girls, aged 29 and 31
* We’ve lived together for three and a half years and have become best friends
* We’re very tidy and easy going
* We like to balance chilling with each other in the evenings and our own space
* My flatmate works in events and goes into the office every day. I work in communications and am hybrid, normally in the office 2–3 days a week.

Bear is my five-year-old cockapoo. He can be excitable when you first meet him, but he settles quickly and is the sweetest boy.
