1 double bed to rent in Fulham. Top floor flat of a 3 story building. Bedrooms on a separate floor to the living room/kitchen and terrace. Really good location with tubes, pubs, gym, activities etc

Couple minutes walk from West Brompton (district and overground) or just over 5 minutes from Earl’s Court (Piccadilly and district)

You’ll be living with 2 guys both working in the city. Both go into the office frequently (1 5days, the other 3-4), and if you work from home, there’s also a separate study/office to use. You’ll share a bathroom with one of them which again has enough storage space which we’ll clean frequently.

Very spacious living room and kitchen is open plan with an island type of space. Roof terrace only accessible by us through the living room. Gets lots of sunlight and there’s a barbecue too.

Plenty of cupboard and storage space in the bedroom with both flatmates respectful of your own space.

Shared storage space across the flat too if you have some larger items (suitcase, golf clubs)

Food shops are all a short walk (Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose etc). Multiple gyms nearby of all sorts (Virgin, pure, David Lloyd, gym group or short cycle to others).

Council tax is £60 and bills are about £50/£60.

Both flat mates are 27 year old guys, both like football, whatever sport really and get to the gym often. Both enjoy a pint, sport is normally on to watch. Both also happy doing their own things Both are clean, especially in the shared kitchen / living area. Never experienced a shortage of space (cupboard, fridge, washing, drying) and are happy sharing things in the kitchen etc.

Can move in from the 24th August or start of September
