I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a friendly house in Fulham. I'm moving so that I can be closer to my new job.

Rent: £946 per month

About the room:
Spacious double bedroom.
Great location with excellent transport links, less than 10 min walk to parsons green station.
Part of a well-maintained shared house
Suitable for a single occupant only..

Requirements from the landlord:
- Full-time employment required.
- No couples or room sharing.
- Subject to standard referencing checks.
- One week's rent required to reserve the room (credited towards the first month's rent).
- One-off £150 utility contribution payable when signing the contract (if you're able to move in on or before 7th September I will pay this for you)

The successful applicant will sign a new 12-month tenancy agreement.
