Room Available In Fulham

We’re looking for someone to join our two-floor flat, sharing with two 28-year-old lads who both work full-time. We’re mates from school and have a relaxed, friendly and homely setup.

The flat has a spacious, high-ceilinged open-plan kitchen and living room with a sofa and dining table. It’s a great space for cooking, watching sport, or the occasional Antiques Roadshow. We’re both active and sociable but also enjoy having a chilled home to come back to.

The available bedroom is downstairs, alongside a modern bathroom and another bedroom. Being underground means it stays lovely and cool during the summer. The room comes with a bed, built-in wardrobe, desk and rug. The walls are currently bare, but we’re happy for you to add artwork and make it your own.

Available until 23 September, when we’ll both be moving out.
