Very loved flatshare Fulham/ Parsons Green 9months

Hello! I'm Alex, I own a Maisonette on a beautiful residential street between Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway (both less than 10min walk away). It's a quirky space with a spiral staircase (think Princess Diaries), lots of natural light, and a cute patio perfect for a bit of sunbathing or an evening drink.

The room has a big window, lots of built in cupboard space, and furnished with a double bed. There's a washing machine and tumble dryer. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other, Anya.

I will be away for 9 months so I am looking for someone to live in the room that would normally be the spare room while I am gone. (I will be keeping my room and might pop back occasionally).

The home is very loved and you would be sharing the flat with two wonderful flatmates - Sahjal and Anya - who are both late twenties, working professionals, lovely humans, and great vibes. Sahjal works at a shop not far away and Anya works as a nurse, often doing night shifts.

I love my home and I am looking for someone friendly and respectful who will also love it, look after it, and get on well with Anya and Sahjal.

Bills are not included, they are roughly £105-130 per month. This includes gas/electricity, council tax, water, and tv licence.

Agreement start date 12th/13th September.

I’m keen to do viewings asap, Monday 31st August and Thursday 3rd September.
