🏡 Cosy room available in South Fulham from 1st November, looking for a lovely new flatmate!

Our cosy room in South Fulham is going to be available from 1st November, and we’re looking for someone lovely to join our flat! 🫶🏼

The room is on the smaller side, but it has everything you need and makes for a really cosy space. It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. The bathroom is shared with just one other flatmate, Erica.

💷 £934/month + bills
Bills are currently around £90–£100/month.

📍 The location

We’re in a lovely, quiet residential part of South Fulham, but still really well connected:

🚶‍♀️ 10 mins to Wandsworth Town
🚶‍♀️ 10 mins to Imperial Wharf
🚶‍♀️ 15 mins to Parsons Green
🚌 5 mins to Fulham Broadway
🚌 10 mins to Earl’s Court

There’s also a high street nearby with loads of cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops, plus a huge Sainsbury’s, so everything you need is really close by.

There are some lovely areas nearby for walks too, and it’s around a 20–30 minute walk into Chelsea, which is great for exploring on weekends or heading out for dinner/drinks.

🏠 The flat

You’d be sharing the kitchen and living room with Erica and Amy, with the bathroom shared with Erica.

Erica is 26, originally from the USA and recently moved to London. She works in marketing in Shepherd’s Bush and is super friendly and easy-going. She’s always up for going to the gym, running, chilling in the park, taking spontaneous trips, going out or just grabbing a drink.

Amy is 22 and a professional dancer. She’s also really into fitness, especially Pilates, and loves going to the gym. Also likes a trip to the pub or bar!

We’re currently quite a quiet and relaxed flat, we’re friendly with each other and everyone has their own schedules and lives, so it’s definitely not a party flat. That being said, we’d really love for the new person to feel more like a friend than just a flatmate, and we’d be very up for doing more things together, whether that’s going for drinks, dinner, walks, watching something at home or just having a spontaneous plan! 🥂

We’re both clean, respectful and considerate, and we’re looking for someone who is similar and wants a nice, comfortable home.

👀 Who we’re looking for

We’d ideally love someone who is friendly, sociable and easy-going, and who would be up for occasionally doing things together rather than just keeping completely separate lives.

The flat is fairly quiet, so we’re probably not the right fit if you’re looking for somewhere that’s constantly having big parties, but we’re definitely not against having friends over or going out and having fun!
