The room is £975 per month, with bills included (gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet and TV licence). There is an additional £35 per month cleaning fee for the weekly professional cleaning of the communal areas. The deposit is £1,075.

The house has a well-equipped separate kitchen, shared living space, shared bathroom and a back garden. The communal areas, including the kitchen and bathroom, are professionally cleaned weekly.

There are currently three male housemates, and the house is suitable for someone looking for a comfortable shared home in a convenient Fulham location.

I am the current occupier and am looking for someone to replace me as I am moving out due to a change in my circumstances.
