The bedroom is on the top floor (2nd floor) of a tranquil three level house, a family-feel home, sharing with one other bubbly and warm female professional. There are only two bedrooms on the top floor sharing a fully equipped kitchen and shower room and landing.


The rent is £1,100 per month (and £1,100 deposit in advance) inclusive of all utility bills, heating, hot water, council tax, TV license, bi-weekly professional cleaner, fastest BT broadband/Wi-Fi and TV with Sky/FreeView receiver and DVD player - there are no hidden extra costs or charges.

Two or more days a week WFH adds an extra £100 monthly to the rent = £1,200.00/month.
