Double bedroom available in 4 bedroom Victorian house in Fulham. Conveniently located in a quiet road near Hurlingham, a few minutes’ walk from Putney Bridge or Parsons Green tube stations (District Line) with easy access to Putney.

The bedroom is on the first floor at the back of the house and has built in wardrobes.

We have a gorgeous large bright modern kitchen with bi-fold doors opening out to the south facing patio garden. The sitting room is contemporary and very comfortable.

There is one shared shower room (on first floor) and one shared bathroom (on second floor).

There are two live in landlords (myself and my sister) although we will be away some of the time as we care for our elderly mother.

We are looking for neat and tidy people who are respectful, considerate and trustworthy.

For those who don’t know Fulham, There are good bus connections and plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops nearby.

All bills are included and weekly cleaning provided.
