The flat:
The flat is large, with big floor to ceiling windows and an open-plan living/ kitchen diner area with a large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, with fridge, freezer, gas cooker and oven, washing machine and microwave. The bathroom (shared between us) has a bath and good shower.

The block has a concierge, gated area with bike racks, seating in the communal garden, and a large roof terrace with fantastic views of the old rooftops of Fulham.

Couples considered- rent would be £1500 pcm.

- Fulham Broadway tube (District) 10 mins walk.
- There is a bus stop at the end of the road: C3 & 391, and 424, 295, 28 and 22 stops all within 10 mins walk.

- Santander (previously Barclays) bike hire scheme stops 5 mins

Local area:
- There is a brilliant pub around the corner, and several restaurants nearby.
- About 2 mins away is a Tesco Metro and there’s also a large Sainsbury’s 10 mins scenic walk away along the river.
- Fulham Broadway (10 mins walk) has a Waitrose, M&S, Whole Foods Market, and plenty of buzzing cafes, pubs and restaurants.
- Gyms within 15 mins include David Lloyd and Easy Gym, or if you prefer outdoors there's the Thames Path and local parks nearby.
