The kitchen/diner is fitted with cooker, oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. All the appliances are in perfect condition. Boiler is still under guarantee and very energy efficient.
The bathroom is modern and stunning with a shower in the bath, heated mirror, heated towel rail and silent extractor fan. Gas central heating throughout the flat with thermostatic control in each room.

It is less than 5mins walk to Putney Bridge tube, 11 minutes walk to Parsons Green, plenty of buses to West End and about 10mins walk to Putney BR. The area is great and close to all amenities, bars and cafes etc that Putney and Fulham have to offer. The flat is also minutes away from the beautiful Bishops Park and the river Thames.
