The room available has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. We will happily remove any furniture if you want to bring your own.

The Kitchen is a good size with plenty of cupboard space, along with a large fridge freezer and the usual compliment of appliances microwave, toaster etc. There is also a dishwasher and washer/ tumble dryer.

The comfortable, homely living room with 2 leather sofas, coffee table and dining table. Sky TV and wireless fibre optic broadband are available in the flat.

The flat is close to Hurlingham park, on New Kings road with an excellent choice of shops, cafes and pubs.

The monthly rental for the room is inclusive of all bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water and broadband)

Currently I share the flat with my girlfriend and our Pug Edgar. We are very relaxed people, like to cook and in the evenings and are looking forward to sharing the flat with a third person.

The room is available now and we will be starting viewings 8th September.
