All appliances are new apart from the fridge/freezer. There are also masses of cooking utensils and crockery. There is also a pine dining table and four chairs. Flooring is laminated pale wood.

The very large hallway has a mirror shelf and a full wall to ceiling built in cupboard for additional storage eg suitcases, rucksacks and coats, vacuum cleaner etc. You will have the use of one of its sections.

You will be sharing with two amazing highly professional girls both in their 20s. They are chatty, sociable, always up for a meal or a drink with their flatmates. Your flatmates are lovely people and while sociable are mindful of your needs for private times. They would prefer to share with someone that likes a clean and tidy comfortable home and not someone just looking for somewhere to sleep or a party flat. They all cleaned up after themselves in the kitchen/bathroom and do their fair share of chores so they would expect the new person to do likewise. However they are not clean freaks. They would like to live with someone who shares similar values.

I am the live out land lady and helping my tenants to find their "perfect" flatmate, The flat is surprisingly nicer than appeared as the photographs were not taken by a professional.
