Double room in flat on Fulham Road

I am having to move out of my flat due to work commitments so am looking for someone to take my place

The flat is lovely - split over different floors, with a massive kitchen and sitting room and two bathrooms.

It is a great location; only around 3 mins to Parsons Green Station and 5/10 to Fulham Broadway. With three pubs literally about 30 seconds away.

My room is a double towards the back of the flat, away from Fulham Road traffic! Once again it is massive and comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and cupboard.

The housemates are all fantastic. They're really friendly and are always up for a laugh.

Bills aren't included and come to about £70 a month for elec/heating/water/internet/co uncil tax.

There would be an admin fee of £160.
