Large double room in Fulham with an en-suite

Hello,

I am sadly having to leave my beautiful room to move back home so I am looking for someone to replace me.

About the house
The room is a large double bedroom with an in-built wardrobe. The room has an en-suite with a bath and shower and lots of storage.

There is a large shared lounge with a small balcony. The kitchen is a good size with a dining table. We also have a dishwasher and washing machine.

Bills are about £100 a month extra and that includes the council tax, utility bills and broadband.

The house is less than a 10 minute walk from both Fulham Broadway and West Brompton station and 15 minutes from Earl's Court. There is a Tesco Extra which is about a 3 minute walk from the house, which is open every day from 7am to 11pm.

About the housemates
You would be sharing a house with two other girls. One is 26 and works in the fashion industry. She is really into music, working out and healthy living. The other is 29 and works as an accountant, but she is definitely not boring ;) She loves playing tennis and going out for drinks.

Ideally they are looking for someone very similar to them. Someone who is tidy, easy going and sociable.

I am looking to move out the weekend of 26th September, but I could be flexible with the moving dates
