'Your' bedroom is a proper double sized room with a double bed, tall ceilings, built in wardrobe, lots of natural light and is at the back of the flat over looking gardens so nice & quiet. Its a relaxed space if you need to WFH. (+ we have a desk for the room if you need one !: )

It is a fully furnished 2 bed flat with wooden floors, leather sofa & chair. Gas boiler (hot water on demand), unlimited broadband etc. 3 big windows in living room (with blinds) for lots of natural light throughout the flat.

Close by to all the nice independent cafes & shops etc in Parsons Green 'village' and river (walks) only 8mins walk away. Plenty of open space with the local parks.

The room available from 1 Jan but we are flexible on actual moving in date (flatmate heading to France for Xmas so room might be empty before then).

There is only one flat above (they are very nice!) & so only 2 flats sharing the period building (secure) hallway.

Bills included ! - council tax, unlimited broadband, gas, electricity, water etc.

If you don't know the area, it has a cool village feel with lots of cafes. Plenty of local parks for relaxing in the summer sunshine & kicking leaves in Autumn.. The river (& Putney Bridge) is about 8mins walk (river paths have some great runs & cycle paths). Fulham Broadway is about 8mins walk the other way ! Open late mini Tescos & Sainsbury a few minute away ! Parson Green is on the district line and about 30mins into the West End, 40mins to Shoreditch / East London.
