Hello!
We're looking for someone to replace our current roommate who is moving out. We have available from the 30th or 31st of May, a homely double room in an ideal location just off Fulham Palace Road in Central Fulham.
The room is in a 3 bedroom flat sharing with 2 Australians, Rachel and Yaya. The flatmates are all professionals and are super friendly and chilled and it's a really relaxed atmosphere in the flat.
All of the bills and council tax are included in the rent except electricity which is a top-up meter along with a weekly cleaner. The room itself is lovely and has great storage space that includes a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The kitchen and living room are open plan with a nice seating area and kitchen table.
You will be hard pushed to find this size room in such a nice area for this price. Its an absolute bargain!
