Small double room in a lovely 3 bedroom flat. This place has a wonderful feel to it with easy living spaces. The room has a double bed and is fully furnished, a big window that lets in lots of sunshine. The flat is split level with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. It is three minutes walk to Putney Bridge tube station, Sainsburys local is just around the corner and it is close to great bars, restaurants and parks.

You would be sharing with two kiwi girls, professionals, in their early thirties who like to socialise over a glass of wine, and are looking for someone similar.

Bills are usually £80 per month which includes a cleaner every other week.

There is some flexibility for move in dates, between now and the end of Feb depending on what would suit you. We have lived at the flat for a few years now and there are no agency fees etc.
