Bright double room available in Fulham

Hello,

My time in London has come to an end and I'm looking for someone to take over my spacious and bright room in Fulham.

The room is on the second floor of a shared two-storey house. The window faces a small inner patio and is very quiet. It's big and has plenty of storage space.

The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a small patio. It also has a whashing mashine, a dryer, and Broadband. You'll share the house with 5 other people, including two couples. The flatmates are Australian and British, all of them working. Everyone is very friendly and there's a really good atmosphere in the house.

The area is quite and well connected. 10 min walk to Fulham Broadway, West Brompton or Barons Court tube stations. Close to many supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Whole Foods etc.), pubs, restaurants and cinema. The Bishop's park is also nearby, which is really good if you like doing sport outdoors.

The rent is £665 per month and the bills are around £60, also payed monthly. There's a rolling diposit of £700. No extra fees and no need to sing onto any contract.
