Congratulations on stumbling across the finest double room to rent in all of Fulham.

This Double not only is bright, large, well located and is in a brand new house so everything is still new and carpets still bouncy but...
You get to live with quite possibly the best housemates ever.. (of course!)

Currently in the house is Zach, a 23 year old male professional who works in the city. I like to go out for food with friends, go to the gym and socialise at the weekend.

And Sarah - a 27 year old Irish professional female who has the same interests, going out, meals and seeing friends etc.

We are really keen to ensure that we have someone who is a friend, rather than just a housemate who we can go for drinks with and do stuff at the weekends if we're all not busy. Our house has a really nice friendly feel and we love to do a Sunday roast every few weeks!

The place itself is the upper half of a recently renovated house (so everything is basically brand new) on a really nice street, compromising of a large kitchen diner with 2 Sofas, and a large TV, as well as a shared bathroom between 2 and a room with natural light, high ceilings, double bed, wardrobe, drawers and more!

To top it all off, we have Sky with Movies (Perfect for Movie Sundays!).

We're looking for someone to move in anytime from May 21st onwards and the £815 is inclusive of all bills!
