Excellent location - 6 mins to Fulham Broadway tube station and bus links everywhere. Quiet non-cut through road.

Plenty of space to leave clothes etc. Shared bathroom. Garden.

Will suit someone commuting in to London with a busy work/ social life looking for a homely base. not suitable for someone who will be in every night, and no option to work from home. Light use of kitchen and sitting room is fine.

There is an expectation for the bedroom to occasionally be used at weekends by owners friends and family staying. Clean linen and cleaner every other week included.

Owner is a 43yo female (plus a Cockapoo dog) and long term 33yo female housemate.
