1-2 nights pw only Double Room Bills & Cleaner inc

This room is only available for those who live outside London and come to work in London for 2-3 days (1-2 nights) during the week. I regret I never confirm a room to anyone before we have had the opportunity to meet in person.

Comfortable double bedroom, for one person, who will be out at work during the day. A cleaner and all bills are included.

This is a light, comfortable double bedroom, on the first floor, overlooking the garden at the back of the house. It is recently decorated, and re-carpeted, with a brand new mattress. A duvet, pillows, blanket and linen (sheets/towels) are provided. There is WIFI and a television, a hanging cupboard, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and chair. I am happy for a few clothes and toiletries to be put away and left when you are not here. The recently decorated bathroom is next to the bedroom. It is, on occasion, shared with one other person but always clean - and has an excellent power-shower.

I have a lovely cleaner who will clean your bedroom and the bathroom once a week and change your sheets/towels.

You are welcome to make light use of the kitchen.

The house is in Fulham, which borders Chelsea and is close to central London. It is on a quiet and peaceful residential street, with Bishop’s Park and the river close by - but there are many shops, bars and restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away and good transport links into central London. The closest tube station is Parson's Green which is about an 8-minute walk, and the No. 14 bus, with its excellent route into central London - Fulham-South Kensington-Knightsbridge-Hyde Park Corner-Piccadilly - is just around the corner.

This is a quiet, safe and comfortable home in which to rent a room and I hope you will find it very warm and welcoming. It is not, however, a 'house-share', and is best suited to those happy to be fairly independent and self-sufficient.
