You will be taking over our contract that ends in the middle of March. We would like you to move in in the beginning of November but are pretty flexible. Rent is £1700 for the whole property and there is a six week deposit protected in a deposit protection scheme. Please note that the property only can be rented as a whole and not by the room.

This flat has been a lovely home to us and is the ideal place for someone who wants to live in a clean and bright flat in one of West London’s nicest areas. Only reason we are leaving it now is because we are moving back to Sweden.
