Bright double bed in lovely Fulham home

Double bedroom available from mid-February in a beautiful house on a quiet street in Fulham. Rent is £850 per month plus bills (£100), so £950 all included.

Hannah and I are both professionals in our late twenties. We've been living here for 5 years, so it feels very much like a home, which we like to keep clean and tidy.

Sadly our housemate is moving out to be closer to work, so we are looking for a like-minded girl to join us.

About the room:
- Double bed
- Large wardrobe
- Two windows
- Sharing bathroom with Hannah only

- Bright and spacious open plan kitchen finished to a very high standard
- Sitting room with lots of natural light
- Downstairs loo
- Garden

While Hannah and I like to do our own thing, we often end the evening catching up over a cup of tea or go out for the occasional meal or to see a play.
