The flat is a very tidy, quiet space with a garden and bbq for entertaining. Shared living room and kitchen, fully furnished with all utensils.
The room is a double with lots of storage space and an en-suite bathroom with shower (bedding can be included)
2 mins walk from Fulham Broadway tube (Sainsbury’s and other shops too) 1 min from Eel Brook common (park with tennis courts), 5 mins from Parsons Green (the white horse pub) and lots of other parks and green spaces around.
The flat is very modern, with an open plan sitting room and dining room (which extends to fit 8 people), washing machine is in secluded room so it doesn’t disturb the flat, kitchen is half walls into the sitting/dining room.
All appliances included with nutribullet, airfryer, new knife set etc.
I am travelling round Australia and Asia and so I’m renting out my room. It will be a 6 month let initially with possibility of extending.
My flatmate is in the second smaller room who I have known from school, she is away quite a lot of the time for work but is very lovely, clean and easy to live with.
It is really important to us that you and her get along and that the flat remains a safe and calm place to live, so meeting or FaceTiming before is essential 🤞🏼❤️
