This room is only available to rent from 10th May to the mid July - short term only.
The flat is a very tidy, quiet space with a garden and bbq for entertaining. Shared living room and kitchen, fully furnished with all utensils.
The room is a double with lots of storage space and an en-suite bathroom with shower (bedding can be included)
2 mins walk from Fulham Broadway tube (Sainsbury’s and other shops too) 1 min from Eel Brook common (park with tennis courts), 5 mins from Parsons Green (the white horse pub) and lots of other parks and green spaces around.
My flatmate is in the second smaller room who I have known from school, she is also away most of the time for work (she works in formula 1)
