The flat is a very modern, tidy and quiet space with a garden and bbq for entertaining. Sharing with one other girl who works in London, plays netball and is very kind and social. Fully furnished with all utensils (air fryer, nutribullet, new knife set etc).
The room is a double with lots of storage space, a full wall mirror and an en-suite bathroom with shower and underfloor heating (bedding can be included)
2 mins walk from Fulham Broadway tube (Sainsbury’s and other shops too) 1 min from Eel Brook common (park with tennis courts), 5 mins from Parsons Green (the white horse pub) and lots of other parks and green spaces around.
The flat is very modern, with an open plan sitting room and dining room (which extends to fit 8 people), washing machine is in secluded room so it doesn’t disturb the flat, kitchen is a half wall opening into the sitting/dining room.
I am living in Ireland and so I’m renting out my room.
My flatmate is in the second smaller room who I have known from university.
It is really important to us that you and her get along and that the flat remains a lovely and calm place to live, so meeting or FaceTiming before is essential 🤞🏼❤️
