Currently looking for an individual or couple to share the flat with Sean, a 28 year old male Canadian working in finance. He currently works hybrid 2 days in the office. He's very easy going, clean and tidy, and very respectful.

The rest of the house has plenty of natural light, storage and space. We are the top level of a terrace, sharing the building with lovely downstairs neighbors who aren't around very often and haven't caused or been an issue whatsoever.

The flat is also right off of North End road with plenty of grocery, cafe and food options, gyms, parks, and not too far from the river.

9min walk to Fulham Broadway Station (District line)
13min walk to West Brompton Station (District line and Mildmay line overground)
20min walk to Earl's Court Station (District and Piccadilly lines)
