A bright and thoughtfully refurbished 49m² one-bedroom flat, arranged over two floors in a charming period building on Fulham Palace Road.

This was my home for five years, and I personally refurbished it in 2021–22, choosing the finishes and fittings for my own enjoyment and comfort.

The space

Downstairs, the generous double bedroom comfortably accommodates a king-size bed with room to spare. Extensive built-in wardrobes and dedicated shoe storage provide plenty of storage. The bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower.

Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen and living room offers a welcoming space to relax, cook and entertain, with a breakfast bar, integrated washing machine, fridge, oven, hob and extractor. A Quooker tap provides instant boiling water.

Wooden floors throughout the living spaces and a carpeted staircase complete the interior.

The location

Fulham’s cafés, shops and restaurants are close by, with Bishops Park just 0.3 miles away and riverside walks and Fulham FC’s newly redeveloped Riverside within easy reach. Transport options include buses along Fulham Palace Road and access to Putney Bridge Underground.

A personal approach

I manage the flat myself and am a responsive, approachable landlord, with family nearby in Putney who can help in an emergency. Gas safety and electrical certificates are up to date.

Offered unfurnished, although furnished options can be discussed. Long-term tenants are welcome, and shorter stays can also be considered.
