* Dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer etc.
The area
* Local shops and eateries: approximately 3 minutes’ walk.
* Tooting Commons: approximately 8 minutes’ walk.
* Tooting Broadway and Tooting Bec stations: each around 20 minutes on foot or 16 minutes by bus (quicker than it looks).

I’m a friendly, easygoing and outgoing professional male in my 40s (work in the city). I have a busy working life incl. travel, enjoy keeping fit and have an active social life.
I’d like us both to feel at home - happy to enjoy a chat while respecting each other’s privacy, space and independent routines.
