(Not really suitable for those who LOVE to cook as more of a hotel-style kitchenette with a microwave convection combo oven, two halogen “plates” on a mobile hob, a fridge and dishwasher, etc. Plus a two seater dining table that one person used as a hob surface.) Access to laundry room with washer and dryer all costs incl. Good storage. All bills. Regular household cleaning is included.

Street entrance is a quiet, tree-lined street and up two spacious flights of stairs (this isn't a loft). We are close to two Underground stations, one overground into the City and lots of buses. Commons all around. Tennis courts over the fence. 2 minute walk to Tooting Athletics Track. Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, hairdressers and Post Office all 2 mins away.

In the remainder of the house downstairs are a likeable, professional New Zealand couple and two small friendly dogs.
