Double room available in 2 bed flat

Double room available for 1-2 nights per week, Mon-Fri let’s only. Comes with double bed, desk, tv and some storage space. Please don’t contact me if you require more than a mid week let.

Looking for a clean and relaxed housemate - preferably someone looking for a homely atmosphere who doesn’t just hide away in their room. I am currently studying and working so am regularly out of the house from 8-6 and would prefer someone on a similar schedule so don’t apply if you’re a night owl during the week as I’m a grinch without my beauty sleep in the week :)
I coparent my 12 year old son but he would not be here during the time you were around.

There's a large shared living room, separate eat in kitchen as well and shared bathroom.

The flat is on the top floor of a victorian semi detached house and has access to a shared garden. It is located 2 minutes from Gipsy Hill with direct trains to London Bridge, Balham, Victoria and Croydon.

It’s moments from the wonderful Crystal Palace triangle with lots of independent bars, restaurants, shops and great bus connections all over London. Crystal Palace Park is a 10 minute walk away with its national sports centre.
