Are you tidy, reliable, single, quiet, ideally professional and looking to lodge for a few months in leafy Gipsy Hill? If so, we are seeking the right lodger for our spacious, refurbished and well decorated double room in our renovated Victorian home. There is a private entrance for your use and you will mostly have sole use of the kitchen, as we only use some cupboards for storage. You will also have mostly sole use of a bathroom. You have access to our patio and all utilities included in the rent. Apart from the two of us who live in the upper part of our house, you will be the sole lodger. We have one, gorgeous hypoallergenic cat. This is a lodging arrangement that comes with many of the benefits of a studio accommodation whilst being covered by a lodgers agreement. No extra payments for utilities, council tax or cleaning as all are included. Gipsy Hill station is one minute away. There are direct trains several times an hour to Victoria station and London Bridge. Crystal Palace with its shops, restaurants and amenities is a seven-minute walk away.

This accommodation is for a single person only. We prefer vegetarians or vegans. No pets, partners, smokers, heavy drinkers, friend/relative sleepovers please. All belongings must fit into the bedroom which has an ample cupboard.
