Energetic female retiree, husband sometimes visits and whoever rents will have the flat to themselves for most of the time. we spend a lot of our time in Brighton.

flat is a semi basement, self contained flat and part of a large detached Edwardian house. It is light, airy, spacious and well looked after. the room to rent has a lot of books which will stay in situ. Picture shows a desk this will be removed and replaced with a chest of drawers.

Flat is a 2 minute walk from Gipsy Hill Station and the 322 bus to Brixton and Clapham stops outside the door. Further down the hill the No 3 bus stops.

There is an outside patio and large garden, car parking in the front garden. Bills included.
