Hi,
I’ve moved into a great little Mews House across the road from Hyde Park and I’m looking for a housemate. This is your chance to live in a historical, quaint and cosy London town house!! Full of character in a charming, easy-going part of London!!
You will have a new double room, with an ensuite, large windows and a huge, fitted wardrobe.
----
The Bedroom:
Spacious and light with large windows on the ground floor. The bedroom is tucked away from the rest of the house, meaning you can enjoy your own quiet space. The room is at the front of the building which is enclosed away from the street and is incredibly quiet at night. With a great view of the Mews, it's a very good chill out spot. Room is fitted with floor to ceiling fully fitted wardrobes and bookshelves. If needed, I can provide bedding and towels for anyone who is looking for a plug-and-play short stay.
----
The Living Room:
Great sized living area with skylights that provide ample natural light, a large window with flowers keep the room cool and very comfortable in summer time and several radiators constant heating in winter keeps the room festive and cosy.
----
The Kitchen:
Thoughtfully fitted out kitchen which provides all the essentials for solo cooking or sharing. Dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer all fitted. Cutlery and cookware is already provided. The washer is very eco and is situated in a separate airing cupboard.
----
The Building:
The Mews House is a three story building with your bedroom on the ground floor, lounge and kitchen on the first floor, and second bedroom on en-suite on the second floor. Double locking mechanism on the front door and two security cameras placed at the front of the property and the lounge ensure peace of mind.
----
The Area:
The area is one of the most sought-after parts of London, with lots going on every weekend you can easily find plenty to enjoy with all the local amenities. There is a great range of local fine dining and new openings of bars and shops to explore.
Imperial College is a one minute walk.
Hyde Park (Queens Gate Entrance) is two minutes walk.
Royal Albert Hall is three minutes walk.
V&A and Natural History Museum are a five minutes walk.
Gloucester Road tube is a three minute walk.
South Kensington tube is a seven minute walk.
----
The Housemate:
Alexander works as a broker, often long hours and early starts. On the weekends is out the house exploring London or catching up with friends. Regularly travels for work. Not a party animal and expecting the new housemate to be like-minded in enjoying the quiet space together.
----
The desired housemate:
This is a home, not just a house.
Ideally someone that is chilled and not party animal. Ideally a hardworking Imperial student that is focused on study and wants to do well. A hardworking, driven and ambitious professional would also suit the home.
(Not suitable: A tinder user that enjoys clubbing/raves and getting wasted and bringing one-night-stands back to place is not what I’m looking for at all, if this is you please save us both the time and move along. Life's too short to live with bad housemates).
No couples / no overnight visitors - sorry the house is just right for two people, no more.
----
The pet:
Mr Taco likes to think he owns the place.
A Russian Blue kitten of 3 months he is very chilled and easy going. He is extremely friendly but not clingy. He will do wonders to reduce your blood pressure after a long week – free of charge! He was bought from a professional breeder and is fully trained. His breed are hypoallergenic. He is strictly a housecat so care should be given when entering/leaving the house.
----
The Rent:
£1,850 per month (double room en suite)
No - it's not negotiable at all so don't ask.
One month security deposit is needed.
First come first served, price and deposit are not negotiable and deposit is essential.
---
The Bills:
Gas / Elec / Water / WIFI / TV Licence / Council Tax
All are free and Included in the rent.

References to be provided please.
Please text / whatsapp me only, due to high demand it is easier to keep track applications.
