Hi! I am looking for a girl (max 25) to take over my room in a shared flat around Gloucester Road (5-minute walk), near Imperial (2-minute walk), and 5 minutes away from Kensington Gardens.

✍🏻The tenancy swap process would need to start in December 2026 for an official tenancy start and rent payment on January 3rd 2027. I am flexible on my move-out date, so we could also discuss the actual move-out date and January-April rent (rent is paid in 3-month instalments), but I need someone to take over the contract in January.

🛏️ The room is carpeted and comes with:
- a double bed with storage drawers
- a built-in closet with hanging space and shelving
- 2 nightstands 1 lamp + 1 standing lamp
- a large horizontal hanging mirror
(optional: clothes rack + trolley)

🏠 The flat is 100m3, 2 stories (ground and basement level), and has the following:
Ground floor:
- kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, gas stoves, dishwasher, and washer-dryer
- large living room with hardwood floors, very large windows and high ceilings, TV, 2 couches, armchair, desk, fireplace
- dining room with a 6-person table
- toilets
- 1 bedroom (the one advertised)
Basement floor:
- 2 bedrooms (of the roommates)
- bathroom with bathtub, toilets, sink - shared between the upstairs bedroom and one of the downstairs ones (the 3rd room has an en-suite)
- patio (the whole flat turns around this inner courtyard)

🫂 The roommates are 2 friends of mine, and we were all friends of friends, and they are absolutely lovely people:
- Girl, 21, Engineering student, Spanish - loves the outdoors and paddle
- Girl, 22, Law professional, Swedish - loves the gym, reading, and cooking

This is genuinely such an amazing flat with lots of character (classic South Ken stucco-fronted townhouse!) and an opportunity to live with super nice girls in a lovely neighbourhood. You'd be super close to:
- the parks (Hyde park & Holland park),
- public transport (Picadilly, Circle, District lines),
- supermarkets (waitrose, sainsburys, tesco),
- museums (V&A, Natural history museum, Science museum).
