✨Spacious Ensuite Double Bedroom at great price✨

After five happy years, I’m looking for a replacement for my spacious double bedroom available in our lovely shared house, in a quiet residential area with great transport links.
The room is on the second floor, so it feels nice and private, and it gets lots of natural light thanks to the skylights. There’s also a private ensuite with a window, which is a great bonus.
The room can come either furnished or unfurnished - I’m happy to sell you my furniture at a good price if you’d like it but equally can remove it if you bring your own.
I’m looking for someone who’d like to move in by early November or anytime before then.

The house is shared with 6 lovely, clean and respectful flatmates. Although there are quite a few of us, the house is actually very peaceful and quiet because everyone has their own busy schedules and is often out. We’re friendly and always happy to have a chat when we bump into each other, but there’s no pressure to be constantly social — everyone respects each other’s space.

We’re looking for someone who would fit naturally into the house: a professional, clean, kind, respectful and friendly person, ideally someone who enjoys having a calm and comfortable home.

The house is in good condition, and we have a landlord who is good at taking care of anything that needs sorting. He lives abroad, so he’s also very hands-off and gives us plenty of privacy and independence.

The house is located on a quiet side-street in Golders Green. Our nearest tube station is Golders Green (Northern Line) with a 15/20 minute ride into Central London. The nearest Bus-Stop is 2 minutes’ walk away with the following buses:
13 (24hr): Victoria Station/Bakers Street/North Finchley
460: Willesden Bus Garage/North Finchley
102: Brent Cross/ Edmonton Green

Golders Green Station is also serviced by many coaches heading in all sorts of directions, including Stansted and Luton airports.

The area has good restaurants, bakeries and deli's; and Sainsbury's, M&S and Waitrose are all nearby. Just across the road there is a café and a 24 hour off licence for all your 2am snack needs.

If you're an outdoorsy sort Hampstead Heath Extension and Hampstead Heath are in easy walking distance making cooling off at the ponds really accessible. Our nearest Lido is Gospel Oak if you like a paddle. The area has virtually everything you need but it's also got a bit of a relaxed homey feel despite being so close to spots like Camden.
