Description
Sadly, my lovely flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend, so a room in our 2-bed flat is up for grabs. We've had a great few years together, and I'll be moving into her bigger en-suite room, which frees up my current one, complete with its own private bathroom.
The details
• Move-in: ideally mid-November, with some flexibility on exact dates
• Deposit: £1,413
• Bills: roughly £150-£200 a month
• Rent: £1075
If you'd rather have the bigger en-suite room, it's £1,275 a month (bills the same, £150-£200). I'm happy to stay put, so the choice is yours.
You'll be living with me, Brasilta! The neighbourhood is really safe, with loads of independent bakeries and restaurants to try, plus good travel links by tube and bus.
