Lovely single room for a PhD student from January

A good size single room is available for a female student for 8-12 months from the 3rd of January 2025. Undergrads are welcome but Masters' or PhD students preferred.

The pictures don't do justice to the room as I struggle to find the right angle - it's actually bigger than it looks - drop in for a viewing.

The house is big enough for everybody to spread out and have your own space. You will have your own toilet and shower facilities, and your own fridge. It's a calm and friendly place where you can concentrate on your studies.

Golders Green is a safe neighbourhood well connected to Central London (25 minutes by tube). We are round the corner from Brent Cross tube (Northern line). 5 minutes walk from Brent Cross shopping centre and a large Tesco's. There are a couple of parks nearby.

We've had students from Middlesex and City universities, UCL, Kings College, London School of Fashion, ESCP Business School and LSE. These places are all within easy reach.

The rent includes all bills (water, electricity, council tax, Wi-Fi).
