Summer let for 2 months or 10 months academic year

A good size single room is available for an overseas female student studying English or intern working over the summer months (July-August). It is also available for 10-12 months if you are looking for accommodation for the acandemic year ahead.

The room is avaible from the 1st of July till the 31st of August (or mid-September if necessary), or from the 1st of July / 1st of September for 10-12 months.

The pictures don't do justice to the room as I struggle to find the right angle - it's actually bigger than it looks - drop in for a viewing.

The house is big enough for everybody to spread out and have plenty of your own space. The students have their own toilet and shower facilities, and their own fridge. It's a calm and friendly place where you can concentrate on your studies.

Golders Green is a safe neighbourhood well connected to Central London (20-25 minutes by tube). We are round the corner from Brent Cross tube (Northern line), 5 minutes walk from Brent Cross shopping centre and a large Tesco's. There are a couple of parks nearby.

We've had students from Middlesex and City universities, UCL, Kings College, London School of Fashion, ESCP Business School and LSE. These places are all within easy reach.

The rent includes all bills (water, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi).

The room and house are equipped with absolutely everything that you need (and this, again, it’s not necessarily an easy thing to find in London), the Brent Cross station is literally 1 minute walk from the house and you can reach Central London in less than 20 minutes. The entire area is just as lovely as the house and you also have a huge shopping centre nearby.
