Hey!

We’ve got a double room becoming available in our three-person flat on Goldhawk Road, as one of our current flatmates is sadly leaving us for Australia.

The room comes furnished, although we’re pretty flexible if you’d prefer to bring your own furniture. It’s set slightly away from the main living room, so it’s nice and quiet when you want your own space, and it gets some lovely morning sunshine.

The flat itself is bright and gets loads of natural light throughout the day. We’re also really well connected the Central Line, Overground and Hammersmith & City Line are all within around a 5–10 minute walk, plus there are loads of buses right on the doorstep.

A little about us: we’re both working professionals. Matthew is 32 and works in start-ups, splitting his time between working from home and the office. James is 33 and works multiple jobs.

We’re both pretty relaxed and sociable. We enjoy movie nights, going out, pub gardens and generally having a laugh together. We’d love to find someone who wants to feel like part of the flat and is happy to join in from time to time, rather than it just being somewhere to sleep but equally, we completely respect that everyone needs their own space and downtime.

Overall, it’s a really friendly, relaxed home and we’re hoping to find someone with a similar vibe.
