2 double bedrooms near Grange Park station

I have 2 double bedrooms for rent in a house which is a 5 minute walk from Grange Park station, hence great links to central London for working professionals.

The house has multiple parking spaces, a nice and well maintained garden, a living room, kitchen, conservatory and one main bathroom upstairs as well as one toilet on the ground floor.

I am looking for two roommates who are looking to stay in the property, who are clean and who are not going to make too much noise.

Rent paid will be inclusive of bills.
