Single bedroom for week use - flexible for 2, 3 or 4 nights per week - for a professional lodger needing accommodation in London.

This is a two bedroom flat, I am the owner, and also live here. All bills and broadband are included, plus fortnightly professional cleaning.

You can store/ leave behind your weekday wardrobe/ personal items.

The purpose built flat is on the ground floor in a quiet walled garden. It is right on Blackheath and the top of Greenwich park.

Lewisham/ Blackheath/ Greenwich have fast overground connections to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Victoria, Charing Cross and St. Pancras.

You are 5 mins walk to Zone 2 Lewisham National Rail or DLR, 10 mins walk to Zone 3 Blackheath, 15 mins walk to Greenwich station or Thames Clipper pier.

There is only 1 bathroom and a separate WC, but there will be just the two of us sharing and am very tidy and clean. The bathroom door is right across from the spare bedroom.

The bed is a space saving click-clack and can be used as single or extended to double and is with memory foam mattress.

There will be no council tax applicable, as you will be staying in the room just few nights per week and have your own main residence elsewhere.

There is off street parking on first come - first serve basis and the property is within London's ULEZ area.
