Spacious Room Available in Peaceful Flat

Looking for female lodger. Lovely spacious double room 5 mins walk from Cutty Sark and the heart of Greenwich.

Hello - I’m Catherine. I’m 35 and looking for lodger to share my two-bed flat which I bought a while ago. I’m currently pregnant, baby due in June where I’ll go back to my parents til September.

So essentially the room is available from January til September, or shorter if you prefer.

I don’t have a partner so there won’t be a random man living here. Just me!

My lovely flatmate is moving back to South Korea on 7 January so the room will be available a few days later once I’ve had a chance to get the cleaner over.

The flat has a large living room overlooking the river and a separate kitchen. Shared bathroom. I keep the flat tidy, clean and quiet and looking for someone similar.

The room contains two large wardrobes, chest of draws and double bed.

I work from home most of the time in the living room as my room is the smaller one. There’s a desk in the bedroom or you can use the living room if I’m working away.

I go out a lot on walks in the area, I enjoy running, cinema, theatre and weekend breaks.

While I’m friendly and sociable, I like to keep the flat as a relaxing retreat and I don’t tend to have people over. So it’s ideal for someone who prefers to do their socialising out and about, who enjoys a calm home environment.

But ofc if you’d like visitors over just let me know; my flatmate and I have got on really well the past two years and just looking for someone with a similar calm vibe.

The area is amazing - so close to Cutty Sark DLR, Greenwich market and Greenwich park.
