I am leaving my lovely lovely house after almost 5 and a half years here. Located very close to Maze Hill station and around the corner from Greenwich Park, this has become a great house for creative girls looking for a place to call home.

The room:
Big!
Ground floor - there are a couple of steps in so not fully accessible
Unfurnished but I will likely be selling some of my furniture to leave (the chest of drawers will almost certainly come with me)

The house:
Kitchen with usual amenities and a dishwasher
Small communal dining space
Downstairs bathroom
Upstairs bathroom with shower and bath
Small garden

Current household:
All of the current tenants are working creatives in music, photography, theatre, and film. Please note we are a music practice-friendly household between 9:00-22:00. This has never been an issue in the time I've lived here. We are more of a night-in kind of household but love an occasional pub trip when we are not all busy.

5 minute walk from Maze Hill Station (National Rail)
15 minute bus ride or cycle to North Greenwich Station (Jubilee Line)
15 minute walk to Cutty Sark (DLR)

Important: The agency we rent through has a rigorous referencing process for incoming tenants. There has been a lot of change in the house over the last 5 years and everyone has passed the checks, but usually with the help of UK-guarantor.
