The flat is ex-council and finished to a high spec. Located 3 minutes walk from Greenwich station. Only 9 minutes by train to London Bridge. Fully furnished with a shard living space, new sofa and 4k tv with full fibre broadband.
This is my home so I am looking for someone respectful and clean who will look after it
You will be living with Joe (22) who is currently working and studying to be an electrician. He often goes away for the weekends to stay with his GF but sometimes she comes to stay in the flat too.
The ideal person wouldn’t have much stuff in the way of furniture as the flat is fully furnished. I will however empty the room of all my possessions but will leave the furniture and fairly new Emma mattress. Price includes water and internet but gas and electric will be shared with Joe. Feel free to ask any questions!
