Short term in the heart of Greenwich

Looking for someone to take my room for up to 6 months while I’m away over the winter.

The flat is ex-council and finished to a very high spec. Located 3 minutes walk from Greenwich station. Only 9 minutes by train to London Bridge. Fully furnished with a shard living space, new sofa and 4k tv with full fibre broadband.

This is my home so I am looking for someone respectful and clean who will look after it while I’m away

You will be living with Joe (21) who is currently working and studying to be an electrician. He often goes away for the weekends to stay with his GF but sometimes she comes to stay in the flat too.

The ideal person wouldn’t have much stuff in the way of furniture as the flat is fully furnished. I will however empty the room of all my clothes and most of my possessions but I may leave some things in the built-in wardrobe while I’m away but I’ll make sure you have plenty of space.
