Modern double room in Greenwich town centre

Hello! We’re Sakura and Heyna — both working professionals based in London.
We’re currently looking for a new flatmate to move into the double room in our lovely 3-bed modern flat, right in the heart of Greenwich.

The Room
* Fully furnished with a double bed and a desk (everything else in the picture belongs to current tenant so will be removed)
* Built-in wardrobe
* Large window for lots of natural light
* You’ll share a spacious bathroom with Heyna (Sakura has her own)

Tenancy Details
* Available from 12th July 2025 (move-in date negotiable with landlord)
* Looking for someone who can ideally move in on that date (but negotiable) and sign a 1-year tenancy agreement (renewable)
* Rent: £966/month
* Bills: usually around £160 (it’s up and down around £160)/month (includes electricity, council tax, Wi-Fi, water, heating, bi-weekly cleaner, cleaning products)
* Deposit: £966 (TBC with landlord)
* Reference checks will be done by the landlord

Shared Spaces
* Bright, furnished living room with a comfy sofa
* Well-equipped kitchen with great sunlight and a lovely view
* Hallway with storage space
* Secure entrance with intercom, locked bin storage and bike storage

The Flat
The flat is perfectly located just steps from Cutty Sark station(DLR) and about a 7 minute walk to Greenwich station (DLR), with direct trains(Southeastern) to London Bridge and Cannon Street. We're right in the town centre, a short walk to Greenwich Market, Greenwich Park and surrounded by loads of shops, restaurants and cafes.

* Big Waitrose, M&S, Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Korean butcher, Asian supermarket all within walking distance

Who We’re Looking For
* A friendly, down-to-earth female professional (ideally aged 28–35)
* Someone organised, tidy and respectful of shared spaces (cleaning up after yourself, being mindful of noise)
* Not a party flat, but having guests over occasionally is totally fine with a heads-up
* Sorry but no couples or students

About Us
Heyna: I work in the design industry and have lived in London for about 8–9 years. I enjoy working out (yoga, circuit training, anything interesting on classpass), exploring galleries and discovering new cafes and bakeries (bakery hopping is my thing). If we share similar interests, it would be lovely to hang out sometimes.

Sakura: I work in finance and have been in London for about a year and a half after relocating from Tokyo. I love traveling, eating out/going to cafes, watching movies (at home/cinema) and cooking (love going to supermarkets!)
