Double Room with Private Bathroom

Hi all,

My partner James and I have a bright and spacious double room available in our lovely 3-bedroom flat. You’d only be sharing with the two of us, as the third room is used as a study – ideal if you work from home or need extra space for hobbies.

The room is well-sized and gets lots of natural light. The main highlight is that you’ll have your own bathroom with a bathtub, as we have an en suite and don’t use the main bathroom at all.

The flat has a large, open-plan living room, a closet for extra storage, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials – including a dishwasher (which we know is a rare find in London!). There’s also a spacious balcony, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a coffee in the sun.

We’re in a fantastic location – just a 3-minute walk to Deptford DLR and a 5-minute walk to Greenwich Station (Southeastern + DLR), making it super easy to get around. There are plenty of shops nearby, including a corner shop directly opposite the flat, as well as cafes, restaurants, and markets just around the corner.

A bit about us: I'm Nina and I work in marketing. James is a graphic designer but currently working as a barista. We’re both creative, friendly, and love music. We enjoy a cosy, peaceful home and the occasional night out to a listening bar, gig or a cute pub. We dog sit every so often so being an animal lover is a MUST!

We’re looking for a full-time working professional who is laid back, clean, and respectful – someone who appreciates a chilled home environment but is also up for the odd evening out.

Bills should come around to £167 a month.
