We’re looking for a flatmate to join our lovely, well-kept 3-bedroom home in central Greenwich, just a short walk from the station and all local amenities. We are looking for a quite and considerate professional.
The Room:
South Facing
A bright and spacious double bedroom
Fully furnished.
Great storage and natural light.
The House:
The House is over 3 floor, is well kept, clean and very homy!
We have a spacious shared living room – perfect for unwinding after work.
The kitchen is tidy and clean, large is fully equipped with dishwasher and with dining table.
Upstairs there is one large bathroom with bathtub, toilet and window!
Second separate toilet for convenience, with window!
Fast Wi-Fi, washing machine, central heating, and all essentials.
The house faces the main street, so it’s central and well-connected while still feeling homely.
Location Highlights:
Just minutes from Greenwich Station (DLR & National Rail)
Walking distance to Greenwich Park, the market, shops, cafes, river, and more.
Incredible transport links to Canary Wharf, London Bridge, the City and beyond.
DLR and Railway.

You’re not into loud parties or bringing the party home – you prefer a calm space to relax after a busy day.
If you value mutual respect, clear communication, and the comfort of a clean, low-drama home, we think you’ll feel right at home here.
We prefer someone that doesn't work form home 5 days a week.

Short-term stays also considered!

Bills: Vary depending on the time of the year, usually around 110/160 each monthly.
