Double room available in Greenwich

Rear double room to rent in home with live-in landlady, in a quiet and tidy house in Greenwich.

My house is a 3 bed with a spare room used for very occasional family visits and storage and has a large front garden.

I am a PhD student and Research Assistant who works fully remotely from my home office (dining room), I try to use co-working spaces a lot and occasionally travel for work.

Large living room and dining room which you are welcome to use (outside of meetings). I also have a small and shy cat.

The room is unfurnished but there is a built in wardrobe space.

Room should be available from September/October onwards but this could change/ be flexible.

I value my own space most of the time and relaxed weekday evenings but I’m also a friendly and open person who’s happy to have a chat or occasionally share a dinner.

This is my family home so I would value someone who is respectful, tidy and considerate but also easy going and down to earth (as I am).
